SHIPPING INFORMATION

Shipping and handling charges vary from product to product. Exact pricing for shipping costs will either be displayed directly on the product page or will be calculated by our website during checkout. Simply click on the "Calculate Shipping" while on the Shopping Cart page to know your exact shipping costs.

We will in every case, make our best efforts to deliver your product in the time frame chosen by you during checkout but we have no control, nor can we accept responsibility for any delays which may be caused by the shipping courier. No refunds for shipping will be given.

Typical delivery times are:

Standard Shipping:  US & Canada Only
5-8 Business days delivery (US Continental)
6-10 Business days delivery (Alaska, Hawaii & Canada)

Rush Shipping:  US Only
3-5 Business days delivery (US Continental)

Production time of books is not counted in the delivery. After production of the book, shipping will be 5-8 business days. During holiday season, Nov-Dec production time may be up to 7 days.

RETURNS INFORMATION

Due to the personalized nature of our products, all sales are final.

We will accept returns or refunds in the case of manufacturing defect only. If you believe your product has not arrived in full working order, please contact us for assistance. If it is determined that the malfunction was caused during our production of the item, we will either replace your product or offer you a refund.

The stars' photo will appear in the product exactly as it appears when you submit it.
We cannot enhance or improve your photo and we accept no responsibility for poor photographic quality as it relates to the product.

We accept no responsibility for any damage which may be caused by the shipping courier.
