How do you make a
personalized book quickly?
Hard-back covers, color illustrated
pages, and other parts used in the book creation are purchased
through Best Personalized Books, Inc. where Personalized Books
By Mickey is licensed. Through computer
technology, perfected software, laser printers, and special
equipment we are able to produce each book individually as we
receive orders. Our business is home-based and we are able to
produce a very high quality product at a very reasonable
price. We keep most titles on hand so that when your order
comes through, it's printed, bound and shipped immediately.
- When will I receive my
order? Orders are processed
immediately after payment has been received. If you do not
receive your order in 3 weeks you should immediately call me
at 865-426-9838 or
email me.
- What if I don't want to
charge my order? This is
fine. Our shopping cart is set up to take your information and
keep it until your check is received. Just click "check by
mail" in the payment area. We are also happy to assist you
with your order by telephone at 865-426-9838 or you may mail
your order direct along with your personal check to:

- Is it alright to just call
you with my order? We will take orders over the telephone
but please know that it's easy not to understand correct
spellings etc. for the personalized products. However, if you
wish to discuss something with us you may call 865-426-9838.
- How do you ship orders? Orders will be shipped UPS &
USPS Priority Mail. If you need specific shipping please
email me.
We offer a Flat rate $2.00 USPS Shipping anywhere in the
United States for unlimited amount of products
- What payment methods do you
accept? Payment methods include Personal Check,s Money
Orders, PayPal, Visa, or MasterCard.
- What if there is a mistake
in my book made by Personalized Books By Mickey? We go
over the orders and personalization information very
thoroughly to make sure that the items are correct. Mistakes
may occasionally happen and we will do everything we can to
correct the problem. Please contact us within 10 days of
receipt and we will verify the mistake and immediately send a
new book to you with the problem corrected. For orders other
than books please call 865-426-9838 to verify how to proceed.
- What if there is a mistake
in my book made by me?
Please go over all your information and check to make sure
that everything is the way it should be printed. Sometimes
mistakes can be overlooked and if that is what happened we
will remake another book for 25% off the original price using
the same information except for the corrected item. Customers
will be responsible to pay for the new book's shipping costs.
- Do you ship internationally?
No - at this time we only ship within the United States.
